Help Make Changes for the Better for Youth with Disabilities
Mitsubishi Electric America Foundation supports nonprofit organizations through its National Grant program. The Foundation also matches cash, product and volunteer time contributions by Mitsubishi Electric Philanthropy Committees, and donations made by Employee Volunteers through its Matching Grant and Starfish Matches programs.
MEAF provides National Grants for innovative model projects of national scope focused on its mission of empowering youth with disabilities to lead productive lives through increased employment. Mitsubishi Electric US Philanthropy Committees can apply for Matching Grants to match donations they make in their communities. Committees are made up of employee volunteers who drive the process for selecting local charities they wish to support. The Foundation matches donations of cash, products and volunteer time made to nonprofit organizations. Visit What We Do to learn more about the impact of these grants.
MEAF matches the charitable cash donations made by Mitsubishi Electric US Employee Volunteers to organizations that help promote the full inclusion of youth with disabilities. Employee Volunteers can request from $25 to $2,000 per year. Employees should contact their local committee or MEAF for more details on the Starfish Matching Program.
