Inclusive Crew named Project of the Year

Congressman Jim Matheson of Utah presented the Utah Conservation Corps (UCC) with the Project of the Year Award, which honors an outstanding project implemented by one of The Corps Network’s 113 member organizations.

The award-winning project, Access to Service, is funded by a three-year MEAF grant. It is designed to provide opportunities for young people with disabilities to be included in conservation service projects.

National Grants

Through its National Grant program, MEAF provides funding to nonprofit organizations that are working toward the full inclusion of young people with disabilities in society. Proposed projects should be national in scope and impact or model projects that can be replicated at multiple sites.
